Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Shipping charges

• Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above.
• A flat fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹999.
• The final shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Dispatch & delivery time

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Remote areas, public holidays, weather or courier disruptions may cause delays. We will keep you informed.

4. Order tracking

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. You can also check status anytime on the Track Order page or in your account under My Orders.

5. Delivery issues

• Please check the package before accepting. If it is visibly damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery or note it with the courier and inform us within 48 hours.
• If delivery fails after multiple attempts due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
• If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours at [email protected].
