These Terms govern your use of the EKKSUUTRAA. website and any purchase you make from us. The website is operated by EKK SUUTRAA. By creating an account, signing in, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
• Information you provide — name, email, phone number and addresses — must be accurate and kept up to date.

2. Your account & security

• You can sign in with your email and password, or with a one-time code (OTP) sent to your email. Keep your password and OTPs confidential — we will never ask you for them.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.
• To protect your account, sign-in attempts are limited. After repeated wrong passwords or codes, sign-in is paused for a short time.
• When you change or reset your password, you are signed out of all other devices.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, is used for fraud, or abuses offers. Any confirmed order will still be refunded or fulfilled as required by law.

3. Products & pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We try to display colours and details accurately, but actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography. Handcrafted and handloom items may have minor irregularities, which are a mark of authenticity, not a defect.
• Prices, offers and availability may change without notice. If a product was listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Stock is reserved only when an order is placed. Items in your cart or wishlist are not held for you.

4. Orders

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment (or acceptance of a Cash on Delivery order) and our confirmation email.
• Online orders that are not paid within 15 minutes are cancelled automatically and the items are released back to stock.
• We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud. Any amount paid will be refunded in full.

5. Payments

• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking and wallets). We do not see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking passwords. Your bank’s or payment provider’s terms also apply.
• Cash on Delivery is available for orders above ₹4,999 and up to ₹9,999, with a COD fee of ₹49. We may decline COD for any order, for example after previously refused deliveries.

6. Coupons & offers

• Coupons are valid only for their stated period, minimum order value and usage limit, and may be limited to selected customers.
• Coupons cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and cannot reduce an order below zero.
• Sale prices apply only while the sale is live. We may withdraw an offer that is being misused.

7. Shipping, returns & refunds

Orders above ₹999 ship free; a shipping fee of ₹49 applies below that. Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery, and approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

8. Reviews & content you post

• Reviews must be honest, relate to the product, and must not be offensive, misleading, infringing or promotional.
• By posting a review, you allow us to display it on the website. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

9. Emails & newsletter

We send order and account emails (confirmations, shipping updates, sign-in codes) as part of the service. Sale and new-arrival emails are sent only if you subscribe to our newsletter, and every such email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

10. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, test its security without permission, scrape content, use bots, or interfere with its operation.
• Do not create multiple accounts to misuse coupons or offers.
• Do not place orders for resale without our written permission.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the EKKSUUTRAA. name and logo, product photographs, designs and text — belongs to EKK SUUTRAA or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, strikes, network outages or courier disruptions).

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first at [email protected] — most issues can be resolved quickly. Complaints can also be raised with our Grievance Officer, listed in the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
